RGC INSIGHTS / ORIGINAL PERSPECTIVES

Turn information
into a better decision.

Practical questions for security teams and accountable leaders. These are evergreen perspectives, not a live news feed.

EVIDENCE / 08 OCT 2026

A closed ticket is a starting point.

Ask what was changed, which test was run afterward, and whether the test covered the original exposure. A useful closure record connects those answers to the person accountable for accepting the result.

RGC’s intended workflow keeps failed and partial verification visible. The current prototype records operator-reported outcomes; independent validation is a separate build milestone.

AI ACCESS / 08 OCT 2026

Start with the permission boundary.

For an AI assistant, ask which data it can reach, which actions it can take, and who can change those permissions. Inventory is the first question. The next question is whether that access is justified by the approved purpose.

GOVERNANCE / 08 OCT 2026

Separate urgency from certainty.

An issue may deserve immediate investigation while the evidence remains incomplete. Keep the priority, supporting facts, uncertainty, owner, and next evidence-gathering step visible together.

This is the operating approach we are building into RGC.

Editorial standard. Future news briefs will link primary sources, distinguish event dates from publication dates, and separate reported claims from verified facts. Corrections will be recorded openly. We will not turn speculative AGI or ASI timelines into product promises.
